Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the Buckingham Knights (Buckingham, VA) and the visiting Lunenburg Central Chargers (Victoria, VA), saw Buckingham's basketball squad wallop Lunenburg Central by a tally of 75-37.

With the victory, Buckingham improves its record to 8-4 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Nottoway (Nottoway, VA) to play the Cougars in a James River challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 3-7.

Next up, the Chargers play the Prince Edward County Eagles (Farmville, VA) in a James River challenge, on Friday, January 19. Lunenburg Central will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record.
