The Pleasantville Greyhounds basketball team scored 70 points and held the visiting Cape May County Tech Hawks to 32 in the Greyhounds league triumph on Thursday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Holy Spirit for a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. Pleasantville will play a Spartans squad coming off a 44-39 league loss to Bridgeton (Bridgeton, NJ). The Spartans record now stands at 2-14.

Next up, the Hawks play the Absegami Braves (Galloway, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 22. Cape May County Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Braves come into the bout with a 11-4 record after their 73-66 non-league loss to Hammonton (Hammonton, NJ).
