With the win, Commerce upgrades its record to 12-11 on the season. The Tigers host Prairiland (Pattonville, TX) to play the Patriots in a 3A Region II District 12 bout on Friday, January 19. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 9-11. Prairiland lost 46-27 in their recent league bout against Rains (Emory, TX)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Prairiland Patriots (Pattonville, TX) in a 3A Region II District 12 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Edgewood will attempt to upgrade on its 15-11 season record. The Patriots go into the bout with a 9-12 record after their 58-43 league loss to Commerce (Commerce, TX).
