In their next game, the Wildcats face the Tri-Point Chargers (Cullom, IL) in a River Valley game, on Friday, January 19. Donovan will attempt to move on its 7-12 season record. The Chargers enter the game with a 1-17 record after their 71-32 league loss to Illinois Lutheran (Crete, IL).

With the defeat, Gardner-South Wilmington moves to 6-13 on the year. The Panthers travel to Grant Park (Grant Park, IL) to face the Dragons in a River Valley test on Friday, January 19. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 5-11. Grant Park lost 62-46 in their recent league test against Clifton Central (Clifton, IL)
