The Fountain-Fort Carson Trojans (Fountain, CO) basketball held off the host Vista Ridge Wolves (Colorado Springs, CO), 58-55 in Thursday's league contest.

The Trojans now sport a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Falcon for a non-league contest on Monday, January 22. Fountain-Fort Carson will battle a Falcons team coming off a 72-65 non-league win over Coronado (Colorado Springs, CO). The Falcons record now stands at 10-3.

The Wolves (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Pine Creek (Colorado Springs, CO). The Eagles come into the 6A Colorado Springs Metro contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Pine Creek edged Ulysses (Ulysses, KS), 65-58, in a non-league contest.
