With the victory, Hayfield improves its record to 9-5 on the campaign. The Hawks host Patriot (Nokesville, VA) to confront the Pioneers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 20. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a record of 10-4. Patriot won 79-49 in their recent league challenge against Osbourn (Manassas, VA)

Next up, the Lancers confront the Falls Church Jaguars (Falls Church, VA) in a District 3 challenge, on Monday, January 22. Lewis will attempt to improve on its 1-12 season record. The Jaguars come into the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 62-50 league loss to Annandale (Annandale, VA).
