The Johnsburg Skyhawks basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the host Marengo Indians to 43 in the Skyhawks league victory on Thursday.

The Skyhawks now sport a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harvard for a Kishwaukee River contest on Saturday, January 20. Johnsburg will battle a Hornets team coming off a 77-33 league loss to Plano (Plano, IL). The Hornets record now stands at 1-13.

The Indians (2-17) will now prepare for their contest against Sandwich (Sandwich, IL). The Indians come into the Kishwaukee River contest with a 9-9 record. In their last contest, Sandwich triumphed over Woodstock (Woodstock, IL), 40-35, in a league contest.
