Fans at Thursday's league challenge between the St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints (Ridgeland, MS) and the host Pisgah Dragons (Sandhill, MS), saw St. Andrew's Episcopal's basketball squad hold off Pisgah by a tally of 52-45.
With the victory, St. Andrew's Episcopal improves its record to 3-11 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Pelahatchie (Pelahatchie, MS) to play the Chiefs in a 2A Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, January 23. The Chiefs come into the challenge with a record of 15-6. Pelahatchie won 55-18 in their recent league challenge against Pisgah (Sandhill, MS)
Next up, the Dragons play the Pelahatchie Chiefs (Pelahatchie, MS) in a 2A Region 6 challenge, on Friday, January 19. Pisgah will attempt to improve on its 9-15 season record.
