The Douglas Tigers basketball team scored 72 points and restricted the host Reed Raiders to 50 in the Tigers non-league victory on Thursday.
The Tigers now sport a 15-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Reno for a contest on Monday, January 22. Douglas will battle a Huskies team coming off a 39-33 league loss to Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Huskies record now stands at 13-5.
The Raiders (2-15) will now prepare for their contest against McQueen (Reno, NV). The Lancers come into the non-league contest with a 8-9 record. In their last contest, McQueen triumphed over Carson (Carson City, NV), 52-39, in a league contest.
