The CALS Early College Falcons (Los Angeles, CA) basketball nipped the visiting Alliance Bloomfield Bulls (Huntington Park, CA), 26-25 in Thursday's league test.

The Falcons (6-6) will now prepare for their test against Academia Avance (Los Angeles, CA). The Guerreros Jaguares go into the Eastside test with a 0-10 record. In their last test, Academia Avance was tipped by East College Prep (Los Angeles, CA), 49-14, in a league test.

The Bulls now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they host Collins Family for a Eastside test on Friday, January 19. Alliance Bloomfield will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 37-23 league loss to University Prep Value (Los Angeles, CA). The Jaguars record now stands at 9-4.
