Bethel-Tate Tigers (Bethel, OH) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Georgetown G-Men (Georgetown, OH), 61-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Bethel-Tate upgrades its record to 6-8 on the season. The Tigers travel to Ludlow (Ludlow, KY) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 11-7.

Next up, the G-Men play the East Clinton Astros (Sabina, OH) in a Southern Buckeye - National bout, on Monday, January 22. Georgetown will attempt to upgrade on its 8-7 season record. The Astros go into the bout with a 2-14 record after their 55-34 league loss to Clermont Northeastern (Batavia, OH).
