The Kingfisher Yellowjackets basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Chisholm Longhorns to 10 in the Yellowjackets non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 10-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Guthrie for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Kingfisher will battle a Bluejays team coming off a 49-41 non-league win over Harrah (Harrah, OK). The Bluejays record now stands at 5-9.
The Longhorns (2-12) will now prepare for their contest against Harrah (Harrah, OK). The Panthers enter the non-league contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Harrah was routed by Guthrie (Guthrie, OK), 49-41, in a non-league contest.
