The Colfax Vikings basketball team scored 38 points and restricted the host Durand-Arkansaw Panthers to 28 in the Vikings league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mondovi for a Dunn-St. Croix contest on Monday, January 22. Colfax will battle a Buffaloes team coming off a 61-21 league loss to Elk Mound (Elk Mound, WI). The Buffaloes record now stands at 10-6.
The Panthers (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Elk Mound (Elk Mound, WI). The Mounders come into the Dunn-St. Croix contest with a 17-0 record. In their last contest, Elk Mound prevailed over Mondovi (Mondovi, WI), 61-21, in a league contest.
