In Thursday's league outing, the University Prep Value Wolves (Los Angeles, CA) basketball squad beat the host Collins Family Jaguars (Huntington Park, CA), by a count of 37-23.

The Wolves (15-3) will now prepare for their outing against Academia Avance (Los Angeles, CA). The Guerreros Jaguares go into the Eastside outing with a 0-10 record.

The Jaguars now hold a 9-4 record. They play next when they travel to Alliance Bloomfield for a Eastside outing on Friday, January 19. Collins Family will clash with a Bulls squad coming off a 26-25 league loss to CALS Early College (Los Angeles, CA). The Bulls record now stands at 8-5.
