Wisconsin High School Basketball - Neillsville tops Columbus Catholic

Neillsville Warriors (Neillsville, WI) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Columbus Catholic Dons (Marshfield, WI), 44-30 in a league bout.
With the victory, Neillsville upgrades its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Warriors host Loyal (Loyal, WI) to play the Greyhounds in a Cloverbelt - East bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Greyhounds come into the bout with a record of 10-5. Loyal won 63-39 in their recent league bout against Colby (Colby, WI)
Next up, the Dons play the Abbotsford Falcons (Abbotsford, WI) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 22. Columbus Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Falcons come into the bout with a 8-7 record after their 44-37 non-league loss to Edgar (Edgar, WI).
