The Fruitland Grizzlies (Fruitland, ID) basketball crushed the visiting Payette Pirates (Payette, ID), 64-32 in Thursday's league test.
The Grizzlies (9-7) will now prepare for their test against Parma (Parma, ID). The Panthers go into the 3A Snake River Valley test with a 12-4 record. In their last test, Parma walloped Payette (Payette, ID), 55-18, in a league test.
The Pirates now own a 2-12 record. They play next when they host McCall-Donnelly for a test on Saturday, January 20. Payette will encounter a Vandals squad coming off a 52-33 league win over Homedale (Homedale, ID). The Vandals record now stands at 8-5.
