Monterey Wolves (Monterey, LA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Grace Christian Warriors (Alexandria, LA), 57-19 in a league bout.

With the win, Monterey upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Wolves host Avoyelles Charter (Mansura, LA) to play the Vikings in a B District 5 bout on Friday, January 19. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 6-19.

Next up, the Warriors play the Rapides Mustangs (Lecompte, LA) in a B District 5 bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Grace Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 10-9 season record.
