Grand County Red Devils (Moab, UT) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host San Juan Broncos (Blanding, UT), 46-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Grand County upgrades its record to 8-3 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Duchesne (Duchesne, UT) to clash with the Eagles in a 2A Region 15 bout on Monday, January 22. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Duchesne won 62-44 in their recent league bout against North Sevier (Salina, UT)

Next up, the Broncos clash with the Gunnison Valley Bulldogs (Gunnison, UT) in a 2A Region 15 bout, on Friday, January 26. San Juan will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 3-13 record after their 70-26 league loss to North Summit (Coalville, UT).
