High Point Wildcats (Sussex, NJ) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Hackettstown Tigers (Hackettstown, NJ), 41-31 in a league bout.

With the victory, High Point upgrades its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Millburn (Millburn, NJ) to play the Millers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 20. The Millers come into the bout with a record of 3-9. Millburn lost 53-41 in their recent league bout against Payne Tech (Newark, NJ)

Next up, the Tigers play the Bernards Mountaineers (Bernardsville, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Hackettstown will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record.
