Hampton Crabbers (Hampton, VA) backers were pleased Thursday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Kecoughtan Warriors (Hampton, VA), 83-8 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hampton upgrades its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Crabbers travel to Denbigh (Newport News, VA) to play the Patriots in a Peninsula bout on Thursday, January 25. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 1-13. Denbigh lost 34-17 in their recent league bout against Gloucester (Gloucester, VA)

Next up, the Warriors play the Menchville Monarchs (Newport News, VA) in a Peninsula bout, on Thursday, January 25. Kecoughtan will attempt to upgrade on its 3-12 season record. The Monarchs come into the bout with a 12-2 record after their 66-28 league win over Warwick (Newport News, VA).
