Hanford Bullpups (Hanford, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Mission Oak Hawks (Tulare, CA), 61-54 in a league bout.

With the win, Hanford upgrades its record to 10-10 on the season. The Bullpups host Lemoore (Lemoore, CA) to clash with the Tigers in a West Yosemite bout on Wednesday, January 24. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-15. Lemoore lost 38-32 in their recent league bout against Tulare Western (Tulare, CA)

Next up, the Hawks clash with the Dinuba Emperors (Dinuba, CA) in a West Yosemite bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Mission Oak will attempt to upgrade on its 15-7 season record. The Emperors go into the bout with a 13-8 record after their 42-26 league win over Tulare Union (Tulare, CA).
