In Thursday's non-league outing, the Holy Trinity Catholic Crusaders (Fort Madison, IA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host West Burlington Falcons (West Burlington, IA), by a count of 60-15.

The Crusaders (11-2) will now prepare for their outing against New London (New London, IA). The Tigers go into the SEI - West outing with a 1-12 record. In their last outing, New London was crushed by Danville (Danville, IA), 89-12, in a league outing.

The Falcons now hold a 1-12 record. They play next when they travel to Mediapolis for a SEI - South outing on Friday, January 19. West Burlington will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 57-26 non-league loss to Riverdale (Port Byron, IL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-2.
