The Texas School for the Deaf Rangers (Austin, TX) basketball crushed the host John Paul II Centurions (Corpus Christi, TX), 49-28 in Thursday's league test.
The Rangers (14-8) will now prepare for their test against Brentwood Christian (Austin, TX). The Bears go into the TAPPS 4A District 3 test with a 12-12 record. In their last test, Brentwood Christian was trounced by Holy Cross (San Antonio, TX), 42-33, in a league test.
The Centurions now own a 8-12 record. They play next when they travel to John Paul II for a TAPPS 4A District 3 test on Tuesday, January 23. John Paul II will encounter a Guardians squad coming off a 74-24 league loss to Geneva (Boerne, TX). The Guardians record now stands at 6-9.
