The Leola/Frederick Titans (Leola, SD) basketball knocked off the visiting Northwestern Area Wildcats (Mellette, SD), 50-38 in Thursday's league test.

The Titans (8-2) will now prepare for their test against South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] (Wishek, ND). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 2-12 record. In their last test, South Border co-op [Wishek/Ashley] went down by Kidder County co-op [Steele/Tappen] (Steele, ND), 67-33, in a league contest.

The Wildcats (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Groton (Groton, SD). The Tigers enter the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Groton ran past Great Plains Lutheran (Watertown, SD), 57-43, in a non-league contest.
