Ohio High School Basketball - McDonald ripped by Mineral Ridge

The Mineral Ridge Rams basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting McDonald Blue Devils to 22 in the Rams league triumph on Thursday.

The Rams now sport a 14-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mogadore for a non-league contest on Monday, January 22. Mineral Ridge will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 52-39 non-league loss to Ellet (Akron, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-9.

The Blue Devils (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against McKinley (Sebring, OH). The Trojans enter the Mahoning Valley - Scarlet contest with a 4-11 record. In their last contest, McKinley was routed by Jackson-Milton (North Jackson, OH), 59-19, in a league contest.
