Virginia High School Basketball - Tunstall knocked off by Rustburg

The Rustburg Red Devils basketball team scored 31 points and held the visiting Tunstall Trojans to 21 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Red Devils now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Glass for a Seminole contest on Friday, January 19. Rustburg will meet a Hilltoppers team coming off a 49-35 non-league loss to Salem (Salem, VA). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 6-7.
The Trojans (4-10) will now prepare for their contest against Halifax County (South Boston, VA). The Comets enter the Piedmont contest with a 8-5 record. In their last contest, Halifax County was outscored by Bassett (Bassett, VA), 57-37, in a league contest.
