The Smoky Valley Vikings basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the host Trinity Celtics to 26 in the Vikings non-league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Scott for a non-league contest on Friday, January 19. Smoky Valley will battle a Beavers team coming off a 60-37 non-league win over Kingman (Kingman, KS). The Beavers record now stands at 5-4.
The Celtics (1-8) will now prepare for their contest against Kingman (Kingman, KS). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Kingman was defeated by Scott (Scott City, KS), 60-37, in a non-league contest.
