The Lakeside Eagles basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the visiting Freeman Scotties to 8 in the Eagles non-league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverside for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 20. Lakeside will battle a Rams team coming off a 43-28 non-league loss to Colville (Colville, WA). The Rams record now stands at 1-4.
The Scotties (3-2) will now prepare for their contest against Colville (Colville, WA). The Crimson Hawks come into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Colville triumphed over Riverside (Chattaroy, WA), 43-28, in a non-league contest.
