The Alleghany Trojans basketball team (Sparta, NC), dropped 41-27 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Elkin Buckin' Elks (Elkin, NC)
The Buckin' Elks now possess a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to South Stokes for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 23.
The Trojans (0-9) will now prepare for their battle against Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC). The Granite Bears come into the non-league battle with a 2-5 record. In their last battle, Mount Airy dropped by Starmount (Boonville, NC), 46-41, in a non-league battle.
