The Wren Hurricanes basketball team scored 47 points and held the host Belton-Honea Path Bears to 28 in the Hurricanes league triumph on Thursday.

The Hurricanes now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Fountain Inn for a contest on Monday, January 22.

The Bears (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Powdersville (Greenville, SC). The Patriots enter the contest with a 3-2 record. In their last contest, Powdersville ran past Palmetto (Williamston, SC), 35-31, in a league contest.
