New Smyrna Beach Barracudas (New Smyrna Beach, FL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Crescent City Raiders (Crescent City, FL), 41-32 in a non-league bout.

With the win, New Smyrna Beach upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Barracudas travel to Father Lopez (Daytona Beach, FL) to clash with the Green Wave in a non-league bout on Friday, January 19. The Green Wave go into the bout with a record of 5-3. Father Lopez lost 69-57 in their recent non-league bout against University (Orange City, FL)

Next up, the Raiders clash with the Union County Fightin' Tigers (Lake Butler, FL) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 20. Crescent City will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record.
