The West Adams Panthers basketball team scored 58 points and restricted the host Jefferson Democrats to 32 in the Panthers league victory on Thursday.
The Panthers now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dr. Maya Angelou Community for a contest on Friday, January 19. West Adams will battle a Phoenix team coming off a 35-27 league loss to Diego Rivera (Los Angeles, CA). The Phoenix record now stands at 0-3.
The Democrats (0-4) will now prepare for their contest against Diego Rivera (Los Angeles, CA). The Huskies come into the contest with a 6-5 record. In their last contest, Diego Rivera triumphed over Dr. Maya Angelou Community (Los Angeles, CA), 35-27, in a league contest.
