Lake Lure Classical Academy Raptors (Lake Lure, NC) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Veritas Christian Academy Warriors (Arden, NC), 41-30 in a league bout.
With the win, Lake Lure Classical Academy upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Raptors host The Master's Academy (Forest City, NC) to play the Lions in a bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Lions go into the bout with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Warriors play the Non JV Opponent (, ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 19. Veritas Christian Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record.
