In Saturday's league contest, the host Richfield Spartans basketball team scored a good 75-60 win over the Academy of Holy Angels Stars.

The Spartans (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN). The Huskies come into the AAA Section 4 contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, St. Anthony Village dropped by Robbinsdale Cooper (New Hope, MN), 75-61, in a non-league contest.
