In Saturday's non-league test, the Bossier Bearkats (Bossier City, LA) basketball squad trounced the host Richwood Rams (Monroe, LA), by a final score of 76-51.
Next, the Bearkats clash with the Plain Dealing Lions (Plain Dealing, LA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 21. Bossier will attempt to upgrade on its 12-19 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 1-15 record after their 47-14 non-league loss to North DeSoto (Stonewall, LA).
The Rams (12-8) will now prepare for their test against Carroll (Monroe, LA). The Bulldogs come into the 3A District 1 test with a 17-15 record. In their last test, Carroll was overwhelmed by Huntington (Shreveport, LA), 56-47, in a non-league test.
