California High School Basketball - Inglewood bests Canyon

January 18, 2025: Inglewood, CA 90301

The Inglewood Sentinels (Inglewood, CA) basketball toppled the visiting Canyon Comanches (Anaheim, CA), 84-75 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Sentinels now possess a 19-6 record. They play next when they travel to Los Alamitos for a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. Inglewood will play a Griffins team coming off a 92-75 non-league loss to Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA). The Griffins record now stands at 14-7.

With the loss, Canyon falls to 17-6 on the campaign. The Comanches host Foothill (Santa Ana, CA) to play the Knights in a Crestview bout on Tuesday, January 21. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 14-8. Foothill lost 72-65 in their recent league bout against Cypress (Cypress, CA)
