The Lockwood Tigers basketball team scored 61 points and limited the host Dadeville Bearcats to 46 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Tigers now have a 10-2 record. They play next when they travel to Ash Grove for a Southwest game on Monday, January 27. Lockwood will confront a Pirates team coming off a 60-43 league win over Sarcoxie (Sarcoxie, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 8-5.

With the loss, Dadeville falls to 10-4 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Halfway (Halfway, MO) to confront the Cardinals in a Polk County game on Tuesday, January 21. The Cardinals go into the game with a record of 10-3. Halfway won 64-45 in their recent non-league game against New Covenant Academy (Springfield, MO)
