The Father Ryan Irish basketball team scored 61 points and limited the visiting Lipscomb Academy Mustangs to 47 in the Irish league triumph on Saturday.

The Irish now have a 13-6 record. They play next when they host Christ Presbyterian Academy for a Division II-AA Middle game on Tuesday, January 21. Father Ryan will confront a Lions team coming off a 79-53 league loss to Ensworth (Nashville, TN). The Lions record now stands at 7-11.

With the loss, Lipscomb Academy falls to 13-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Christ Presbyterian Academy (Nashville, TN) to confront the Lions in a Division II-AA Middle game on Friday, January 24. The Lions go into the game with a record of 7-11.
