The Salem Sundevils basketball squad (Virginia Beach, VA), was nudged 60-58 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA)
With the victory, Glass advances its record to 8-3 on the year. The Hilltoppers travel to Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA) to meet the Cavaliers in a Seminole battle on Wednesday, January 22. The Cavaliers enter the battle with a record of 5-6. Jefferson Forest won 73-50 in their recent league battle against Amherst County (Amherst, VA)
The Sundevils now own a 4-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kempsville for a Beach battle on Tuesday, January 21. Salem will meet a Chiefs squad coming off a 63-55 non-league loss to Norview (Norfolk, VA). The Chiefs record now stands at 8-5.
