The IMG Academy Silver Ascenders basketball squad (Bradenton, FL), was crushed 56-12 in Saturday's non-league battle with the host Parrish Community Bulls (Parrish, FL)

With the victory, Parrish Community advances its record to 13-6 on the year. The Bulls travel to Southeast (Bradenton, FL) to meet the Seminoles in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 21. The Seminoles enter the battle with a record of 11-7. Southeast won 85-73 in their recent non-league battle against Sumner (Riverview, FL)

The Ascenders now own a 3-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Wales for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 21. IMG Academy Silver will meet a Highlanders squad coming off a 57-35 non-league win over Tampa Bay Tech (Tampa, FL). The Highlanders record now stands at 8-10.
