The Noxubee County Tigers were victorious over the host Kemper County Wildcats basketball squad by a final score of 42-32 in Saturday's league outing.
Next, the Tigers clash with the Kosciusko Whippets (Kosciusko, MS) in a non-league outing, on Tuesday, January 21. Noxubee County will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record. The Whippets enter the outing with a 18-3 record after their 52-47 league win over Greenwood (Greenwood, MS).
The Wildcats (7-15) will now prepare for their outing against Enterprise (Enterprise, MS). The Bulldogs enter the 3A Region 5 outing with a 9-10 record. In their last outing, Enterprise ran past Noxubee County (Macon, MS), 48-43, in a league outing.
