Washington High School Basketball - Lummi overwhelms Orcas Island

The Lummi Blackhawks basketball team scored 63 points and limited the visiting Orcas Island Vikings to 29 in the Blackhawks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Blackhawks now have a 14-2 record. They play next when they host Lakewood for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 22.
With the loss, Orcas Island falls to 3-11 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Darrington (Darrington, WA) to confront the Loggers in a 1B/2B Northwest game on Tuesday, January 21. The Loggers go into the game with a record of 5-8. Darrington lost 63-51 in their recent league game against Coupeville (Coupeville, WA)
