The Schenck Wolverines (East Millinocket, ME) basketball edged the host Machias Bulldogs (Machias, ME), 46-41 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Wolverines now possess a 13-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Bangor Christian for a D North outing on Monday, January 20. Schenck will face a Patriots squad coming off a 57-45 non-league win over Greenville (Greenville, ME). The Patriots record now stands at 10-3.
The Bulldogs (9-2) will now prepare for their outing against Jonesport-Beals (Jonesport, ME). The Royals enter the non-league outing with a 7-5 record.
