California High School Basketball - Malibu overwhelms Southwestern Academy

The Malibu Sharks basketball team scored 53 points and limited the visiting Southwestern Academy Sun to 30 in the Sharks non-league victory on Saturday.
With the victory, Malibu upgrades its record to 7-4 on the year. The Sharks travel to Lake Balboa College Prep (Lake Balboa, CA) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Monday, January 20. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 1-2. Lake Balboa College Prep lost 59-36 in their recent league match against Alliance Marine-Innovation & Technology (Sun Valley, CA)
The Sun now sport a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sequoyah School for a International match on Tuesday, January 21.
