The Ukiah Wildcats (Ukiah, CA) basketball edged the visiting Eureka Loggers (Eureka, CA), 49-46 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Piner for a bout on Tuesday, January 28. Ukiah will play a Prospectors team coming off a 48-35 league loss to St. Vincent de Paul (Petaluma, CA). The Prospectors record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Eureka falls to 4-4 on the campaign. The Loggers host McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA) to play the Panthers in a bout on Friday, January 24. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 10-10.
