The Hill Country Christian Rams basketball team scored 42 points and limited the visiting Austin Classical Mustangs to 37 in the Rams non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Rams now have a 7-1 record. They play next when they host Austin Classical for a Freelance game on Saturday, January 25.

With the loss, Austin Classical falls to 8-7 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Cornerstone Christian (San Angelo, TX) to confront the Lions in a TAPPS 1A District 6 game on Tuesday, January 21. The Lions go into the game with a record of 8-3. Cornerstone Christian won 37-12 in their recent league game against Our Lady of the Hills (Kerrville, TX)
