Nevada High School Basketball - Churchill County routs Dayton

January 18, 2025: Fallon, NV 89406

In Saturday's league contest, the host Churchill County Greenwave basketball team scored a big 53-8 triumph over the Dayton Dust Devils.

The Greenwave (14-6) will now prepare for their contest against Sage Ridge (Reno, NV). The Scorpions go into the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Sage Ridge smashed Mineral County (Hawthorne, NV), 55-17, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Dust Devils confront the Fernley Vaqueros (Fernley, NV) in a 3A Northern - East contest, on Friday, January 24. Dayton will attempt to better on its 1-12 season record. The Vaqueros go into the contest with a 15-4 record after their 51-41 league win over Lowry (Winnemucca, NV).
