The Covington Buccs (Covington, OH) basketball edged the visiting Northridge Polar Bears (Dayton, OH), 42-37 in Saturday's league bout.

The Buccs now possess a 14-2 record. They play next when they host Troy for a non-league bout on Monday, January 20. Covington will play a Trojans team coming off a 44-23 league loss to Greenville (Greenville, OH). The Trojans record now stands at 2-12.
