The crowd at Saturday's league challenge between the Custer County Cowboys (Miles City, MT) and the host Sidney Eagles (Sidney, MT), observed Custer County's basketball team overwhelm Sidney by a score of 67-27.

The Cowboys (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Dawson County (Glendive, MT). The Red Devils come into the A Northeast challenge with a 3-7 record. In their last challenge, Dawson County was routed by Havre (Havre, MT), 60-39, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Glasgow Scotties (Glasgow, MT) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 24. Sidney will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record.
