The Oak Grove Lutheran Grovers (Fargo, ND) basketball edged the visiting Four Winds/Minnewaukan Indians (Fort Totten, ND), 52-49 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Grovers now possess a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Hatton/Northwood for a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 21. Oak Grove Lutheran will play a Thunder team coming off a 64-45 non-league win over Midway/Minto (Inkster, ND). The Thunder record now stands at 10-2.
With the loss, Four Winds/Minnewaukan falls to 2-11 on the campaign. The Indians host Hillsboro/Central Valley (Buxton, ND) to play the H-CV Burros in a A Region 2 bout on Thursday, January 23. The H-CV Burros go into the bout with a record of 5-6.
